About Larry Johnson While on a bicycling vacation in 2003, Larry Johnson's wife, CJ, was involved in an accident that resulted in an eight week coma and a seven month vegetative state. Going from intensive care to skilled nursing to home health care, the Johnsons have experienced firsthand what it's like to be health care customers. In his dynamic, humorous and heart-felt presentations, Larry shows caregivers the tremendous impact their care giving relationships have on patients and family members, and inspires them to excel in this highly-valued field.
For twenty years, Johnson has helped organizations build more productive and profitable working cultures through the development of strong leaders and dedicated employees. He is the co-author of "Absolute Honesty: Building a Corporate Culture that Values Straight Talk and Rewards Integrity."
