The Sisters Organization for Activities and Recreation or SOAR is Sisters' answer to a Parks and Recreation Department.  SOAR was formed to fill the void for activities for school-aged youth and has blossomed into a full-scale recreation resource that offers programs year-round for kids of all ages.

Activities include special events, a teen center, arts and crafts, enrichment classes, kids clubhouse, horse camps, outdoor adventures, sports camps, school sports for grades 6-9, adult sports and more!  SOAR just completed work on a fantastic skate board park.
